The fruits of humility
The humble entrusts himself in the will of God.
The humble is not able to be mean or to hate. He doesn’t have enemies. If someone brings him trouble he sees in him the tool of the right judgement or of the heavenly care.
The humble entrusts himself in the will of God
The humble doesn’t live his own life but the life of God
The humble doesn’t trust himself, he trusts in the help of God and in prayer
The fruit-bearing branch bends toward the ground, under the weight of its fruits
The barren branch goes up, multiplying its barren vines
The soul which is rich in evangelical virtues plunges deeper into humility, in the depths of the sea where the most precious pearls are found: the gifts of God.
