God is love. Without this principle, family comes apart. Needless are then icons, fasting, candles, cross, spiritual books, prayers etc. If there’s not love in the bosom of your family, there is no God. And love does not envy, it does not boast, does not seek her own (1 Corinthians 13:4-5).

But, I wonder, in what family does not exist these sins? Kids know everything, and they feel the absence of divine grace in their family. It remains only form without content, the salt that has lost its taste. Let us therefore strive to keep the love and respect of children. Once these qualities are lost, children are lost as well. Although, many times we can be more indulgent and to forgive, as Jesus forgives us.
