It’s not good for man to be alone

“Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created” (Genesis 5:2).

There is only one type of suffering in the world: being alone. Only one God, one Man, would not have meant love. He is Trinity, one and trinity at the same time. Human beings, in a similar way, being a closed monad, will be nothing without His image. The Bible refers to woman as a “help”, a “face to face”. As a help, maybe another man would have been more useful than a woman. The Bible doesn’t say though, “it’s not good for the man to work alone” but “it’s not good for the man to be alone” so that the woman “will be with him”, co-existing one with the other. Thus, humans have been since the beginning a conjugal being. “Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created” (Genesis 5:2).
