We shall not seek wealth but a good wife for our soul
The promiscuous and licentious woman, even if she had a lot of treasures, she will waste it as quick as the wind and will bring to her husband poverty and many other problems.
A prudent woman, with good sense of measure, even if she is poor, she will make poverty more desired than richness. Because the promiscuous and licentious woman, even if she had a lot of treasures, she will waste it as quick as the wind and will bring to her husband poverty and many other problems. We shall not seek wealth but a good wife.
First of all, reflect on the reasons why marriage does exist in our lives and don’t ask nothing more from it. What is the reason of marriage and why did God give it to us. Read the words of Paul who said “To avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife” (I Corinthians 7: 2). He didn’t say “to relieve you from poverty” or “to become rich”. What did he say? To avoid fornication, to calm your desire, to live together in wisdom, to find in your wife everything you need. This is the gift of marriage, its fruit. Don’t forsake what is important for the unimportant.
