Following the example of Theotokos and Saints, take the narrow path leading to eternal life. Indeed, you will need to be armed with patience. And, putting your trust in the Lord, be patient in joy so that you shall not fall in deceit, have patience in sorrow so you shall not fall in despair. Endure with patience all illnesses and sorrow that were bestowed upon you, so that you may remain on the right path.

“And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved” (Matthew 10, 22). This way, each of us will be in peace, hoping for a peaceful end. Because the last hour will not frighten us, and the end of life will be the beginning of life, and our grave – a stairway to Heaven.
